Our History
Starting as a independent designer and technician in the early 90s, Darrell MacLean began on theatrical productions and exhibitions and evolved to permanent installations for the wider market, always fixed on the creative integration of technologies – audio, video, film projection, lighting, automation and control.
There was a need growing in construction and commercial sectors for custom, sophisticated media systems, delivered as turnkey solutions. By 1998 MacLean was a team of multi-disciplinary technicians with the experience and resources to tackle the most complex technical media needs.
Over the years, we’re pleased to have distinguished ourselves as a team ready to work closely with clients, having a creative, cooperative, can-do attitude. We’ve enjoyed our growth, keeping pace with innovations and diving into today's exciting convergence of media and information technology.
